U.S. Dairy Preview as IFT 2015 Draws Near

The 2015 IFT Food Expo is now less than two months away. While it is almost here, you can still contact us for a free Expo Pass to secure access to the trade show exhibit area if not already registered.
We've got a lot to be excited about this year. Our prototypes, including the unique savory Kimchee pancakes are getting the finishing touches. We have a series of dairy-focused events that are taking shape. And our team of experts are ready, willing and able to field questions from the tradeshow floor (Booth 1043) and anywhere else you can find them.
Many of our U.S. dairy ingredients will be featured in this year's prototypes. They'll tackle many major industry trends, including:
- Protein quantity and timing
- Weight wellness
- Alternative protein sources
- Global inspiration
- Fermented foods
